Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
