Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
