Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Redstone North Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
