Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
