Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
