Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 420 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
