Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Ironwood Meridian Farms is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
