Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Nashville, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
