Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Press Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
