Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Vale Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
