Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
