Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Cedar Amber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 907 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
