Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Rivermark Haven Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
