Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Clearpath Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
