Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
