Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Northwind Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Wichita, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
