Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Haven Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
