Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
