Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Stonegate Pine Manufacturing Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
