Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Westbrook Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
