Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bluepeak Beacon Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
