Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Richmond, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
