Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Cedar Wilder Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
