Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
