Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Westbrook Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
