Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Westbrook Bridge Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
