Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Fresno plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
