Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Farms supplies farm and food customers across the El Paso region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 461 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
