Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Foods produces packaged foods at its Reno plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
