Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Iron Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
