Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Silverline Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 816 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
