Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Stonegate Rook Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
