Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Willow Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
