Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Junction Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
