Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Milwaukee plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
