Production Supervisor - line performance (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Haven Auto Group is a Raleigh company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
