Production Supervisor - line performance (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Bright Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Raleigh plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
