Production Supervisor - line performance (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Basin Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
