Production Supervisor - line performance (Providence, RI)

Lumen Sable Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Providence. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
