Production Supervisor - line performance (Providence, RI)

Summit North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Providence producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Providence. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
