Production Supervisor - line performance (Portland, OR)

Bright Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Portland. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
