Production Supervisor - line performance (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Portland. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
