Production Supervisor - line performance (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Pike Auto Group is a Portland company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
