Production Supervisor - line performance (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
