Production Supervisor - line performance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Lantern Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
