Production Supervisor - line performance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Thistle Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
