Production Supervisor - line performance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Rook Press is a printer and publisher in Pittsburgh serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
