Production Supervisor - line performance (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Union Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
