Production Supervisor - line performance (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Phoenix producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 424 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
