Production Supervisor - line performance (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Loom Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
